This class will continue on the themes touched in the previous class on breathing as the flow of the vinyasa is inseparable from our breath. We will pay attention to the seamless union of the movement and breath while exploring the transitions. The class will take a look at both: the easily forgotten and the ones haunting us every morning! Mysore style students of all levels are welcome! The wider scope of levels we have, the more versatile our journey to the deeper details will be. Be prepared for fair amount of physical activity on your mat!
