For three days Petri will teach in traditional Mysore style in the mornings in two groups of maximum 16 students with individual adjustments and guidance. The afternoon workshops will dive into deeper levels of healing and breath work in yoga.

If you already know your preference, please choose your Mysore practice group: early or late.

The expression of that (Isvara) is Om. Pranava Om is the sound frequency of creation (heard as inner ringing sound). The repetition of that (Om-pranava) leads to realising of its meaning.
