In this class we will concentrate on the deep breathing with sound that creates the foundation of the Ashtanga yoga practice. We will explore the breathing separately as well as in combining it with some of the flow of movement in our asana practice. Breath is behind the power and the depth of our practice and engaging it fully is essential for more advanced practice.
As always, questions and requests are welcome and encouraged and the final content of the workshop depends on the needs and interest of the group present.
