Yoga and Ayurveda derived from the same roots, the ancient vedic philosophical wisdom and both share the same goal – yet they have a different approach. In this workshop we join together and Katrin introduces you to some basic Ayurvedic principles of nutrition, daily self-care techniques and recipes according to everyones unique nature within us and nature around us. We will learn how simple guidelines and lifestyle changes can have a positive influence on our body and mind and we joyfully share a cup of Chai afterwards.
