Workshop 3: Ashtanga Yoga as a Mirror for Self-Study with Q&A: How to use the practice as a profound tool for transformation. (Philosophy). Here we will talk about different aspects of the yoga philosophy and how these ancient teachings are incredibly relevant to our modern day life.

Workshop 5: Happy Hips with an Introduction to Pranayama: This session will explore several different ways of opening the hips outside of the practice. We will then look at how to expand our yoga practice into the fourth limb of pranayama to deepen our concentration and improve our health.

Workshop 11: Samadhi – Cultivating Meditative Consciousness: In the Yoga Sutra, Patanjali describes several types of meditation practices that can be used to concentrate and cultivate a one-pointedness of mind. Using the Sutras as a guide, we will explore these different types of meditation and begin to experience more deeply the benefits of developing a regular seated practice.
