This class will take a look at the versatility of the hip joint and its connections to commonly experienced challenges with knees and lower back. We will use both the traditional asana as well as some targeted stretches and exercises to discover possible restrictions in our mobility as well as our way to greater freedom of mobility.
This class is recommended to Ashtanga yoga students who are already familiar and can remember the sequence of Ashtanga yoga at least up to or beyond half primary series.
Students are encouraged to bring their concerns, questions and thoughts into this class.
